Hello, my name is Narcrisha Norman and I am an author, consultant, entrepreneur, and a scientist. I enjoy learning, educating, discovering, and giving to others. I am often asked for advice and guidance. I am asked so often that I thought it would be helpful to create content for the topics people ask about the most. Below you will find books and courses with detailed guidance to answer questions about strategic volunteering, research portfolio development, reverse resume writing, introduction to engineering career paths, and patent claims writing.
It is my goal to support life advancements for my readers and participants. Project-based learning is an approach to learning that gives students the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills through engaging projects set around challenges and problems they may face in the real world. Each course and each book is based on project-based learning principles. They include action items that support personalized end products that are ready for use.
I have had a lot of training over the years. Although I dabble in a variety of topics, my training is mainly focused on three topics: engineering, program management, and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). I have a Doctorate degree in aerospace engineering, a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degree (with minors in Black American studies and mathematics) in mechanical engineering. I am also a recently graduated PoSSUM Scientist Astronaut. I currently contribute to:
8Quity LLC - a parent company that consults for, invests in and manages a diverse portfolio of smaller companies. 8Quity Charities - a 501(c)(3) non-profit, service-disabled veteran, minority, women operated small business that fundraises for suicide and human trafficking prevention.

The Suicide Journal is a personal journey that contains facts about suicide, ways to get help and quotes from survivors. Survivors are those who have lost someone to suicide and those who are surviving their personal suicide journey. The goal of the journal is to provide an outlet to write about how you feel, to learn facts you might not be aware of, and to understand what those who have committed suicide might have been going through. The hope is to discourage suicide attempts by showing the pain that it leaves behind, in addition to learning more about the pain that's felt by those who are thinking about suicide.
